Heat sliced tomatoes in the pan.
Seperate yolk from white.
Mix white with tomatoes and stir until done.
Place on toasted bread (or paximadi).
Fry yolk in the pan for a few seconds.
Add it on top of tomatoes and white.
Serve with side salad of your choice.
